Looping in a Composition
To initialize an expression, and loop a set of keyframes, option + click on the stopwatch of the property you want to loop and type into the dialog box:

loopOut(“Cycle”);

To Consolidate all your files together
File > Dependencies > Collect Files > Make sure All Files is selected at the top, and choose where to save it.
